Securus Technologies has secured the nomination in the Stevie Awards for having the best customer service training team. The firm, which is the leading provider in the technology segment for corrections, law enforcement, public sector, monitoring, surveillance, security and public safety space, is highly delightful and excited about the nomination. The management at Securus Technologies feels that it is a matter of pride for the company to beat over 2,300 participants from across the globe to be named one of the finalists.


The final winner would be named after weighing the top three finalists on various parameters, and a total of 77 judges from across the globe would give their verdict through which the final winner would be announced.
