Leadership is the most important factor of any business’s success. Without proper leadership, it doesn’t matter how well-received the company’s goods or services are; the company won’t capitalize on its success. Good leaders know what moves to make and when to best achieve satisfying results. Those are the kinds of leaders in charge of InnovaCare Health.InnovaCare is a top healthcare managed provider company. It’s single-handedly responsible for redefining the managed care industry. The problem with modern healthcare is that it’s too complicated. InnovaCare stepped in and began introducing managed care models that were driven by quality, not increasing profit.
The leader of InnovaCare is currently Dr. Richard Shinto. He joined the company as President and quickly worked his way to the CEO position. He also worked at Aveta Inc. as served as President and CEO of that company as well. He stayed with Aveta until its sale in 2012.After that, he dedicated his expertise to building InnovaCare into a better company. It wasn’t long after his arrival that InnovaCare became Puerto Rico’s number one provider of managed care. That accomplishment earned Dr. Shinto the CEO position of one of InnovaCare’s subsidiaries in Puerto Rico.In Southern California, Dr. Shinto is a practicing internist and pulmonologist. He’s written dozens of articles on healthcare; many of which were published by popular medical publications. Throughout his career, he’s earned more than 20 years of clinical and operational healthcare experience. He’s also worked for a handful of medical institutions.
Another great leader Penelope Kokkinides. Penelope now serves as Chief Administrative Officer. This is her second time working with InnovaCare, and she’s proving herself as a valuable member of the InnovaCare family. The first time she worked at InnovaCare, she served as COO, but she left the company to explore other options. While away from InnovaCare, Penelope worked at several other respected organizations. Her first job after InnovaCare was as Centerlight HealthCare’s new Executive VP and COO. She oversaw all the managed care division’s management and planned development.
